Orders placed after business hours, weekends, or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery delays due to courier issues or public holidays are outside our control.

💰 For orders below AED 300, a standard shipping fee will apply (shown at checkout)

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

5. Failed Deliveries

If a delivery fails due to:

Incorrect or incomplete address
No one available to receive the package
Refused delivery
