ARМOUN FASHION DESIGNING – TERMS & CONDITIONS 

 

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website and services offered by Armoun Fashion Designing, a registered business operating under the e-Trader professional license in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“we”, “our”, or “Armoun”).

By accessing, browsing, or using this website, or purchasing from us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. Legal Entity & Jurisdiction

Armoun Fashion Designing is a UAE-licensed fashion design business. All activities are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, with exclusive legal jurisdiction in the courts of Dubai.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use or purchase from this website. By placing an order, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts under UAE law.

3. Shipping Policy

  • Armoun currently ships only within the United Arab Emirates.

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

  • Delays caused by courier services or external factors are beyond our control. Armoun is not liable for late deliveries once dispatched.

4. Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

We offer exchanges or refunds within 7 calendar days of purchase in the case of sizing issues only, subject to the following strict conditions:

To Qualify for a Return or Exchange:

  • Item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Item must be returned with original receipt or order confirmation.

  • Items must be returned via a trackable shipping method at the customer’s cost, unless the error was ours.

Important Conditions:

  • Defect/Damage Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery with clear photo/video evidence.

  • All items undergo strict quality control before shipping. We reserve the right to reject returns if items are deemed to have been used, worn, altered, or returned in poor condition.

  • Sale items, promotional offers, and customized items are FINAL SALE and non-returnable.

Abuse Policy:

Armoun reserves the right to deny service, block future purchases, or take legal action in the event of:

  • Excessive returns or refund requests

  • False damage claims or misuse of the return policy

  • Suspicious or fraudulent behavior

5. Payments & Chargebacks

All payments are securely processed via Zina, a certified UAE payment gateway. We accept major credit and debit cards.

Chargebacks:

By purchasing from us, you agree not to initiate chargebacks without first contacting us to resolve the issue. Unlawful chargebacks may be pursued legally and reported to authorities under UAE commercial fraud regulations.

6. Intellectual Property & Brand Protection

All content on this website, including but not limited to:

  • Clothing designs

  • Photographs and videos

  • Logos, trademarks, and brand assets

  • Product descriptions

  • Website layout and graphics

…is the exclusive intellectual property of Armoun Fashion Designing.

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, or use any content without prior written consent

  • Use our branding, designs, or photos for commercial or personal benefit

  • Resell Armoun products under your name or another brand

  • Distribute or modify our designs for commercial use

Violation of our IP rights may result in legal proceedings and financial claims under UAE copyright and commercial law.

7. Strict No-Resale Policy

Products purchased from Armoun are for personal use only. You are strictly prohibited from reselling, wholesaling, or distributing our products without an official distribution agreement.

We reserve the right to cancel orders, block accounts, or take legal action if we suspect any commercial resale or brand misuse.

8. Website Use & Misconduct

You agree not to misuse or attempt to harm our website or brand in any way, including (but not limited to):

  • Uploading malicious code or hacking attempts

  • Leaving false reviews or defamatory statements

  • Harassing, abusing, or threatening staff or other customers

  • Impersonating others or creating fake accounts

Armoun reserves the right to suspend access, cancel orders, and pursue legal claims if misuse is detected.

9. Third-Party Services

Our platform is hosted by Shopify and integrated with Zina Payment for transactions. By using our site, you also agree to the terms and privacy policies of these service providers. Armoun is not liable for any issues caused by third-party platforms or service failures.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, Armoun Fashion Designing shall not be liable for any:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

  • Loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities

  • Damage caused by misuse of products

  • Issues caused by third-party shipping providers, payment failures, or website outages

In all cases, our liability is strictly limited to the total purchase amount paid by the customer.

11. Disclaimer

All products are sold "as-is". While we strive for accuracy in product images and descriptions, minor differences may occur due to lighting, editing, or screen settings. These do not qualify as defects.

12. Privacy

We collect only necessary information (e.g., name, email, phone, delivery address) to process orders. Your data is securely stored and never sold or shared with third parties, except as required for order fulfillment or legal compliance.

13. Defamation, Fraud, and False Claims

Armoun reserves the right to:

  • Take legal action against individuals who spread false, defamatory, or misleading claims about the brand

  • Report fraudulent activities to UAE cybercrime authorities

  • Block or ban customers engaging in fraud, harassment, or abuse

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. All disputes shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.

15. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
